Experienced botanist and former chef, Dave Hamilla, will give you everything you need to know to take the mystery out of wild foods and bring in the tasty and practical. Come learn what you can eat, basic plant ID, and tasty recipes during this fun Save the Dunes workshop. Following the presentation, we sample a bit of what the Indiana dunes has to offer our taste buds. Let’s eat!
